No Hidden Extras - your membership includes Group Fitness Plus fitness runs a huge variety of Fitness Classes including the world leading Les Mills Programs such as Pump, Balance, Attack, Step & Combat as well as classes that include Aqua Fitness, Self Defence, Kids Fitness, Seniors Classes, Pole Dancing, Cardio Salsa, Fit Boxing and many more. Please check individual clubs for classes and times. Classes provide a fun and social atmosphere while delivering excellent results. Fitness 4 Kidz We've got the kids covered with a massive range of classes & activities for kids. Older Adults Plus Fitness offers arrange of low impact classes for seniors. These classes are designed to introduce all the benefits of regular exercise to the people who need it the most. Personal Training Personal Training is an important part of our exercise planning. Up to 80% of people drop out in the first 8 weeks. Personal Training will stop this. We recommend Personal training to all new members for the first 10 weeks to help form the habit of exercise & achieve fast results.
