| Business Description Healthworks Peninsula is located only minutes away from the beautiful "Suttons" beach at Redcliffe. Recognized as the peninsula's finest health club, we begin by offering state-of-the-art equipment, superior facilities combined with personalised service and friendly atmosphere. We offer a huge range of programs which cater for people of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. Our childminding facilities allow all the family to participate in an exercise program. Our instructors are fully qualified professionals who represent the best of Brisbane's fitness industry. All our clubs are owner operated to ensure the best quality service is maintained. Services and Facilities Personal training: Personal training allows you to get the results you want quickly and effectively. Our trainers are all fully qualified to help you achieve your goals whether you want to lose weight, tone up, increase muscle mass or just to feel stronger. Whether you are just getting started or have being in a gym for years a personal trainer will help keep you motivated, educated and training hard. It can be done one on one or in groups. Group Exercise: A wide range of classes are available at various times of the day. All classes are included in all memberships with the club. Classes include RPM, Yoga, Pump, Pilates, Kickboxing, Step, X Train, Bone Density, Fat Burner and Step Attack. Bookings are recommended. Boot Camp: Bootcamp is group session done in the great outdoors. You will do 3 sessions a week for a month which is sure to bring results. If you like training in a group environment and getting some fresh air, Bootcamp is for you. Healthworks Peninsula runs its Bootcamp sessions every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6pm. Senior and Veteran's Program: A social class that focuses on increasing balance & co ordination via a variety of exercises. Enjoy fun ways to improve your balance, strength & fitness. Guaranteed to increase energy levels & well being. Also a health and well being program for Vietnam Veterans wishing to improve their quality of life in the general community through regular exercise and education. 12 Week Challenge: How much can you achieve in 12 weeks? The 12 week challenge is a great way to get some serious results. Whether you are a new exerciser or have been at it for a long time, this challenge is sure to get you results. You will be amazed with what can happen after just 12 weeks of dedicated training. It includes: 3 x 4 week programs specific to you, nutritional advice, 4 physical assessments, goal setting sessions and a trainers feedback every 4 weeks. Cardio Theatre: If you have occasionally get bored doing your cardio, why not watch TV while you train! Enjoy the additional benefit of having your own TV on your cardio machine so you can tune into the station you want! Personalised Programs: All your programs are included in your membership. A Trainer will write you a personalised program when you start and you can get it updated as you go for free! Change Rooms: Members can enjoy additional benefits of Lockers to keep your valuables, ironing boards and hair dryers. And of course clean change rooms! Creche: Creche runs at Healthworks Peninsula 5 mornings a week. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30am until 11am and Tuesday and Friday from 8:30 am until 11:30am.
