You will receive not only the support you need to be successful in your weight reduction and fitness journey but we will also explain the use of the equipment to you in detail and make sure that you are confident in its use. Our Fun, Fast, Effective workout only takes 30 mins - that's 2% of your day! You can stay longer if you want and have a juice and read a book in our comfortable atmosphere. We understand that people are busy and that they do not want to spend every minute of spare time working out - that's why all of the equipment and the workout is designed so that you burn the maximum calories in the shortest time possible. Our equipment consists of the latest super effective, 2nd generation, double cylinder, laser cut series HYDRAULIC MACHINES - these are very easy to use and they accommodate all fitness levels and age groups. The more effort you put in the better the workout. Because we understand that you want to vary your workouts we also have an extensive range of CARDIO EQUIPMENT. Included in this is the Ski machine, THE FIRST ONE IN THE WORLD IN A WOMENS HEALTH CLUB, many rowers, many bikes, the Low to No impact elliptical walking machine. And for all those ladies who want to work out with weights, we have hand weights and many PIN LOADED WEIGHT equipment mchines that are safe and easy to use - this is great for muscle building and has been proven effective in increasing bone density and decreasing the risk of osteoporosis. We also have friendly and fun punching bags, a stretching area, a weight reducing sauna which you, and a massage chair. This is so that you can enjoy your visit more and get more benifit from visiting us than our competitors. At Shaped our friendly, knowlegable staff are there to help you with your goals and with any questions you need answered or support that you need.
