Business Description

Healthworks Ipswich is an amazing club that offers every facility that you could possibly need. The club has just undergone a extensive overhaul with the addition of brand new weights, cardio, air conditioning and more. The tennis and squash courts, pool and sauna are also great bonuses. The club prides itself on having great personal service, quality equipment, an amazing welcoming atmosphere and getting results.

Services and Facilities

Personal training: Personal training allows you to get the results you want quickly and effectively. Our trainers are all fully qualified to help you achieve your goals whether you want to lose weight, tone up, increase muscle mass or just to feel stronger. Whether you are just getting started or have being in a gym for years a personal trainer will help keep you motivated, educated and training hard. It can be done one on one or in groups.

Group Exercise: We have one of the biggest group exercise rooms around and with a wide range of classes are available at various times of the day. All classes are included in all memberships with the club. Classes include Spin, Yoga, Pump, Pilates, Step, X Train, Body Balance and AQUA. Bookings are recommended.

12 Week Challenge: How much can you achieve in 12 weeks? The 12 week challenge is a great way to get some serious results. Whether you are a new exerciser or have been at it for a long time, this challenge is sure to get you results. You will be amazed with what can happen after just 12 weeks of dedicated training. It includes: 3 x 4 week programs specific to you, nutritional advice, 4 physical assessments, goal setting sessions and a trainers feedback every 4 weeks.

Cardio Theatre: If you have occasionally get bored doing your cardio, why not watch TV while you train! Enjoy the additional benefit of having your own TV on your cardio machine so you can tune into the station you want!

Pool: We have a great pool for you to use and feel free to bring the family for a quick dip for just a small additional charge. The best way to cool down after a workout.

Personalised Programs: All your programs are included in your membership. A Trainer will write you a personalised program when you start and you can get it updated as you go for free!

Tennis and Squash courts: We have 5 squash courts and 2 tennis courts available to our members. Another fantastic way to get fit.

Change Rooms: Members can enjoy additional benefits of Lockers to keep your valuables, ironing boards and hair dryers. And of course clean change rooms!
