ABOUT TRIUMPH PERSONAL TRAINING

Angelo Mungcal is the Principal and head trainer for the Bootbox program and Triumph Coach for Triumph Personal Training.

Angelo has proven to be a dedicated and a highly skilled personal trainer, group trainer and bootcamp instructor. He is an accredited boxing coach with over 10 years of boxing experience and has extensive martial arts and kickboxing background. He trains with Kombatan Australia Headquaters and annually travels internationally to update his knowledge and skills with martial arts.

In addition, Angelo is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-linquistic Programing (NLP), Master Results Coach, Performance Coach and a Master Hypnosis.

Corporate Bootbox Training Program

Triumph Personal Training offers the Bootbox program to corporations and businesses to battle the two most deadly opponents, INADEQUATE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY and STRESS.

The main elements of the Corporate Bootbox program is fun, motivation, encouragement and acceptance. It is an excellent way to unwind from the stresses and pressures of day to day work. The program offers a team-oriented stress management regime, which allows participants to generate a sense of empowerment, by learning a combination of boxing & martial arts skills, in a non-threatening environment. Participants are also encouraged to work as a team and channel their emotions into their training.

The Bootbox program is an excellent cross training program that is effective and efficient in improving or maintaining an athlete’s fitness. It allows your athletes to have an alternative training regime for both pre-season and off-season. The program is designed to challenge, motivate and provide variety to your athletes. Bootbox can also assist to help burn off extra calories to maintain weight and leanness.

Triumph Personal Training offers first class personalized and tailored programs to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Our dedicated and qualified personal trainers offer one on one motivation, guidance and education. The trainer’s primary focus is to help make positive lifestyle changes along with creating a partnership with you.

You will achieve efficient and more effective results on a one on one basis as the program will be tailored to your specific unique goals. Sessions can be held in the convenience of your own home, office or outdoor at a time and day suited by you and the trainer.
