Our team works as a whole in assuring the best quality experiences in each area of the club. Our head champion and director is active in the day to day of the club and development of the team. You will find Dion on the frontline leading his troops. COMMUNITY Our club is over 27 years old and has been a long standing member of the community. We have communities of people in the club which makes for great friendships and awesome parties from the morning coffee crew, to the group training goers, gym users and PUSH_program regulars. Our fresh look and constant Viva Fitness and PUSH_ Training Systems have delivered Adelaide’s Leading Weight loss club for the last four years. Over the past three years the PUSH team has tallied up over 29 weeks a total weight loss of 740 kilograms and 3071cm’s. Our top 30 has lost a total of 284 kilograms and 1078cm’s. Last years winner Josh lost 13 kilo’s in 7 weeks and simply says, “The BTC had the right combination of exercise, motivation and the absolute best support with the PUSH_ Trainers, which has left me with improvements in my entire life from work to my kids.
