Besides from our large weight area we offer a huge range of group fitness classes that attract the local crowd. We are the only gym to offer CrossFit plus the whole range of Yoga classes, from Hatha to Power Yoga, Ashtanga to Vinyasa. Our large range of Pilates classes are varied too. Group Fitness Our program is designed to offer you a safe effective and fun workout. Group Fitness does not discriminate by age, gender and strength level. The goal of each class is simply to bring together groups of people who are interested in learning from fitness industry professionals how to get results and have fun at the same time. Class Descriptions: Bodypump The most successful group fitness program in history, BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups CrossFit Want to truly be fit? This is the ultimate strength and conditioning program and is the newest addition to our group fitness timetable. The CrossFit program and uses functional exercise to equally develop cardio/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, co-ordination and accuracy. Crossfit is appropriate for any age or ability. Pilates A total bodymind class focusing on precise movements to emphasise building stronger abs and lower back. Enhance strength, muscular symmetry, alignment, flexibility, grace and coordination. All fitness levels welcome. Yoga XFitGym Yoga includes Hatha, Vinyassa, Ashtanga, Power and Advanced styles. Cardio And Strength Conditioning A med-hi intensity cardio class (running, skipping and boxing) with resistance training using body weight, medicine balls and hand weights.
