Our Boot Camps operate from North Lakes, Redliffe and Strathpine. Boot camps are a fun and action packed way to get fit, lose weight, gain strength and increase co-ordination at the same time. Best of all, you get to meet heaps of amazing people with similar interests along the way. Our boot camps use an exciting blend of team games, kick boxing, strength exercises, obstacle courses, running, ply-metrics, weight circuits, core building and heaps more, all designed to challenge and transform your body. To keep your body adjusting constantly, Breaking Point boot camps only use outdoor locations such as hills, stairs, beaches and parklands, and this way you will burn far more energy than you would if you only went to a gym. And you get to enjoy great scenery at the same time! The boot camps are suitable for men and women aged 12-55 years and are tailored to accommodate ALL fitness levels. They operate every week of the year. Full access to ALL (16.5 hours per week) of our Boot Camp sessions is included in the 6, 13, 26 and 52 week membership deals.There is no set timetable you must follow - YOU get to pick and choose as many and whichever sessions you want to attend - even across the two locations! Our boot camps operate every week of the year, meaning that you don't have to wait another day to kickstart your health and fitness. Hell's Playground Hell's Playground is run in North Lakes. Hell's Playground is one of the toughest one hour workouts in Australia, and is not for the timid or faint of heart. It will push you physically and mentally into pain barriers that you may have never experienced before. Hell's Playground is perfect for the athlete that is tired of everyday workout routines, and needs to step up to the next level. There is no sugar coating here; if you want to be tough both physically and mentally, you need to be prepared to push the limits and train at extremes. Caveman Training™ is without doubt one of the toughest styles of training in the WORLD! Only the brave dare request a caveman Training session! Caveman Training™ takes the best of all training methods and puts them into a truly comprehensive routine that is specific to sport. Caveman Training™ Routines will take traditional strength training and mix them with non-traditional strength training, forming some of the toughest workout routines in the world. There is also a large emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning, with everything from sprints to slower runs and everything in between. If it works, it will be in the routines regardless of how “old school” the approach. As of now, we have over 80 Caveman Training™ routines that are in use. Most clients typically train for 2-3 one hour sessions per week, and will receive extra training advice to complete at home. 30 minute sessions are also available! Breaking Point personal training offers medium to high intensity workouts, dietary advice, rehabilitation and sports specific training. All clients will undergo a fitness assessment on commencing training. You will then complete and take away a further fitness assessment approximately every six weeks so you can check your improvement as you go. To keep your body adjusting constantly, Breaking Point Fitness Camp uses outdoor locations such as hills, stairs, beaches and parklands, and this way you will burn far more energy then you would if you only went to the gym. And you get to enjoy great scenery at the same time! In addition, in order to reach your optimum fitness levels you need to have a diet that compliments your training and lifestyle. For example, building muscle requires a different diet to one for simply wanting to lose weight. And a footballer doing pre season training will require a different diet to someone getting into fitness for the first time. For children to want to exercise we all know it has to be fun! That is why Breaking Point Fitness has developed a children's bootcamp consisting of exciting team games and challenges. The children will take part in activities such as tug o'war, soccer, red rover, obstacle courses, running games and heaps more. So let your children stay active, meet new friends and have a blast each week at the Breaking Point Fitness Bootcamp for Kids.
